Tadhg’s previous roles included developing standards and best practices in talent management, leadership development, and teambuilding for Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), and the General Secretariat Executive Council, Abu Dhabi Government. Activities included the delivery of blended learning programmes to thousands of leaders, leading learning journeys for executive leaders on three different continents and playing an integral role on the design and delivery team for the innovative ‘ADNOC Future Leaders’ programme.

Most recently, he held the position of leadership development advisor at Borouge, with a particular focus on assisting the talent management division in leveraging opportunities across the entire value chain. In addition to designing and delivering a suite of leadership programmes from c-suite to first level leaders, Tadhg has also functioned as Borouge programme director for the executive programme ‘Leading for the Future’, in collaboration with IMD business school.
